Maintenance of four column hydraulic press:  
(1) Before adding the oil into the oil tank of the four column hydraulic press, the oil shall be strictly filtered to remove the impurities inside.  
(2) The working oil in the four column hydraulic press shall be replaced once a year. If it is used for the first time, the first replacement time shall not exceed three months.  
(3) The sliding block of the hydraulic press shall be lubricated frequently, and the outer surface of its column shall be kept clean and tidy.  
(4) Excessive eccentricity shall be avoided, because it will cause strain on the column or some other adverse phenomena.  
(5) Pressure gauges and other instruments shall be calibrated every six months.  
(6) If the machine and equipment are out of service for a long time, the equipment shall be kept clean and coated with anti rust oil for anti rust treatment.  
(7) The storage capacity of oil in the oil tank shall be sufficient. If the storage capacity is insufficient, it shall be supplemented in time.  
(8) The sealing performance of the equipment shall be good. In case of oil and gas leakage, it shall be handled in time.
