However, it can not resist the corrosion of hydrochloric acid, hot sulfuric acid, etc.
As a general antirust or only for wear resistance, the lead plating layer can only be 0.02-0.03mm. For the hydraulic cylinder working in wind, rain and humid air, the plating layer shall be more than 0.05mm, or it can be plated. For hydraulic cylinders working in seawater, stainless steel and other materials shall be used as much as possible. In addition, stainless steel or Mingjin steel shall also be considered for bolts and nuts of hydraulic cylinder.
The surface of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic press is hardened. The external working conditions of some hydraulic cylinders are very bad. For example, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder of the scraper often collides with sand and stone, and the piston rod or calibration plug of the hydraulic cylinder of the press should directly press the workpiece. Therefore, the surface hardness of the piston rod must be improved. The main method is high-frequency foreign fire, the depth is 1-3mm, and the hardness HR ℃ is 40-50.
