Hydraulic press is a kind of machine with liquid as working medium. It transfers energy according to Pascal principle to realize various processes. The hydraulic press is generally composed of local (main engine), power system and hydraulic control system. The introduction and maintenance of single column hydraulic press are divided into three parts.  
 
Use of hydraulic press  
Hydraulic press is a kind of machinery with liquid as working medium, which can realize the transformation of various processes. In addition to forging, hydraulic press can also be used for deviation correction, compression, packing, pressing block, pressing plate, etc. Hydraulic press includes hydraulic press and hydraulic press. Water based liquid as working medium is called hydraulic press, and oil as working medium is called hydraulic press. The specification of hydraulic press is generally expressed by nominal working force (KN) or nominal tonnage (ton). Hydraulic presses for forging are mainly hydraulic presses with large tonnage. In order to reduce the size of the equipment, the use of large-scale forging hydraulic press is more common than high pressure (35 MPa), and sometimes ultra-high pressure exceeding 100 MPa is used. Other uses of hydraulic press generally use 6 ~ 25 MPa working pressure. The tonnage of the hydraulic press is lower than the hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic press has such a purpose. How should we maintain it to protect the hydraulic equipment?  
 
The first work, of course, is to keep the surrounding environment clean and don't let dust hurt it. We should change the oil regularly in strict accordance with the oil change cycle, often check whether the hydraulic press joint is oil lea, cage, and regularly check the oil property. The foundation should be kept in good condition without vibration! This is my personal experience from many years of contact with hydraulic press equipment. I can try to follow this point to maintain this work!

Single column hydraulic press is also a multi-functional small and medium-sized hydraulic machine, which can be used for the calibration of shaft parts and profiles, pre buckle, pressure of bearing parts, bending, trimming, shaping, stamping, sleeve type, stretching and other processes of sheet metal parts, as well as powder and plastic products.  
It is mainly used in the installation of machine tools, internal combustion engines, light wires, hoisting machinery and shafts. And battery, spark plug and other industries. Single column hydraulic press (small hydraulic press) has reasonable design and simple operation. Electromagnetic exchange is used to control up and down activities, and can be electric and semi-automatic. Different users can apply the characteristics of pressing technical requirements.
